The hotel rooms were spacious and met our needs, equipped with a big walk-in shower with good water pressure and hot water, providing a clean and comfortable stay. The welcoming reception staff even offered us a nice welcome bag with snacks and water. However, there was a slight hiccup with the reservation not appearing in the system, causing a bit of a wait without clear communication.

I found the hotel to be a rather mixed experience. While the rooms pleasantly surprised me with a microwave and refrigerator, the long wait for the next one was inconvenient. The service, however, was exceptional, going above and beyond to make up for any inconveniences. The location was not ideal in terms of noise and size, although it did have the convenience of being close to the mall. The dining experience left much to be desired, with low-quality food and self-service setup. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
